International delivery
MEDLABS operates internationally and arranges delivery to our destinations through established shipping channels. Available services depend on your delivery address and the materials ordered.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and availability checks. Allow 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, allow approximately 12–14 business days for Australia, 12–16 business days for New Zealand, 10–16 business days for the United Kingdom and 12–18 business days for the United States. For other destinations, allow approximately 14–25 business days. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays, remote locations and carrier disruption may extend transit times.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs and any available free-shipping offer are shown at checkout for your destination and order. Review the total before placing your order. Any import duties or local taxes remain separate.
Tracking and delivery updates
Tracking numbers are provided within 1–2 business days of purchase. Carrier tracking may take additional time to show its first scan; a tracking number does not mean the parcel has already been dispatched. Shipment progress and delivery support are available through our customer support team. Contact us with your order number if a delivery is overdue or you need assistance.
Delivery details
Provide a complete, accurate address and recipient contact details. Signature, collection and safe-place delivery arrangements depend on the carrier. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Customs and local charges
Customers are responsible for checking destination import requirements and for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed locally. These charges are separate from delivery charges. Customs inspections can affect delivery times.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds. Please check your compound, specification, quantity and delivery details before ordering.
